Internetoptionen lassen sich nicht öffnen

Hallo
Ich habe seit 1-2 Wochen folgendes problem
Meine Internetoptionen lassen sich nicht öffnen.
Ich benutze IE 7 und außerdem gibt es seitdem auch keine registerkarten mehr sondern nur noch die adress eingabezeile


ich habe auch schon probiert nen firefox oder nochmal den IE downzuloaden aber der download wird geblockt genau wie alle anderen downloads (kA wieso)


bitte helft mir!!!

P.S.:habe einen laptop über kabelloses netzwerk im netzwerk bei dem alles normal funzt nur halt auf dem pc eben nicht

mach mal bitte nen scan mit hijackthis(siehe signatur) und poste das log!

wäre ja schön aber wie gesagt kann ich nichts downloaden
weil es anscheinend geblockt wird

hm, lads dir doch auf den anderen rechner und pack es dann auf nen usb-stick oder so!

hm, sieht sauber aus, du hast allerdings keine firewall(nur nebenbei)

komisch weil bei mir steht unter systemsteuerungen sicherheitscenter das allos aktiv ist auch die firewall
