This is a already known issue.
The graphic card you are using is probably one produced by Nvidia- a Geforce 80. ...version.
The past days we have received many similar issues to yours. The problem lies in the driver which is used for this specific graphic card- it is not compatible with PSP and some other products from other companies as well.
Nvidia has been already made aware of this issue, which might be fixed in form of a patch, in the near future. We, until then, can not do anything, but giving you this temporary solution:
Please visit
http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_78.01.html in order to downgrade your driver to a 78.01 until a solution has been introduced by NVidia.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Driver files should always be uninstalled before updating to newer drivers or when removing an older NVIDIA card and replacing it with a newer card. To uninstall your current NVIDIA Display Drivers from your system, follow these steps:
1) Go into your Control Panel
2) Double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon
3) Depending on which driver version you are using, your graphics drivers may appear in differently in the list of programs installed.
-For older NVIDIA display drivers, it will be listed as "NVIDIA Windows Display Drivers". Click "Change/Remove" or "Add/Remove " button to remove the drivers from your system.
-For newer display drivers, it will be listed as "NVIDIA Drivers". Click "Change/Remove" or "Add/Remove" button to remove the drivers from your system. If your PC features other Windows components, then Windows will list the other NVIDIA components installed.
Choose "Remove only the following" and then click "NVIDIA Display Driver" and finally click on the "Remove" button.
4) Confirm with Windows that you wish to continue with the uninstall
Note: A prompt appears asking whether you want to delete all of the saved nView profiles. If you click Yes, all of the nView software and all of your saved
profiles will be deleted. If you click No, the nView software is removed, but the profile files are saved in the Windows\nView directory on your hard disk. If you take advantage of the nView profiles, you may wish to keep your custom nView profiles.
Once the driver files have uninstalled, Windows will request that you restart your computer to complete the uninstallation.
Alternatively you can visit
http://www.medion.co.uk or
http://www.medion.com and navigate to the driver download site. Here you will be prompted to enter your graphic card serial number which will allow you to download a patch that will, according to Medion, fix the issue.
Kind Regards,
