Probleme mit Popups und IE

Hallo, ich habe seit ca. 3 wochen ein neuen laptop und dabei seit ca. 2 Wochen folgende 2 Probleme:

1. Kommt kurz nach einem Neustarts des PC's folgende Fehlermeldung: Fehler in Anwendung und die dazugeöhrige Datei ist ZCfgsvc.exe. Erstens ist das äußerst nervig und zweitens fliege ich immer aus dem Internet raus, da ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt schon automatisch durch einen VPN-Client eingewählt bin. Klicke ich die Meldung weg, habe ich bis zu einem Neustart damit aber keinerlei Probleme mehr.

2. Das zweite Problem ist bei mir wie bei vielen anderen auch die Popup Verseuchung mit dem IE. Das Problem bei mir ist nur, das ich schon zweimal das l2mfix so wie beschreiben ausgefüjhrt habe, die Popups aber trotzdem noch (oder wieder????) kommen. Da ich bis auf die Popups den IE am liebsten verwende, wäre es super wenn mir jemand bei der Lösung des Problems helfen kann.

Wg. Problem 2 habe ich drei logs mit l2mfix erstellt: 1. bevor ich l2mfix laufen lassen habe 2. direkt nachdem ich l2mfix laufen lassen habe 3. Nachdem das erste Popup im IE wieder aufgetaucht ist (so ca. nach 5-10 min)
