Hallo allesamt!

Mein PC scheint irgendein Virus abbekommen zu haben, den aber leider bis anhin keine Viren-Software / Spyware Doctor entfernen konnte.

Problem:

- Im IE gehen immer wieder automatisch neue Fenster auf; die Seite wird dann allerding nicht gefunden.

- Die Cookie-Schutzfunktion ändert immer wieder auf niedrigste Abwehrstufe - nachdem ich Sie hochgeschraubt habe. (merkwürdig)

- Ab und an kommen dann auch Meldungen, dass mein System verseucht ist und ich doch bitte diese oder jene Software herunterladen soll.

- Das System ist total langsam


Kennt jemand dieses Problem?? Kann mir jemand helfen - bin am verzweifeln...

Überprüfe das gesamte System mit dem Antivirenprogramm.

Erstelle ein neues Logfile und stelle es hier ein.

Deaktiviere Antivir und installiere Aavast!. Starte Window sneu, deaktiviere Antivir wieder und prüfe das System mit avast!.

Starte Windows wieder neu und installiere eines der Antivirenprogramme.

Starte Windows wieder im abgesicherten Modus und rufe den Taskmanager mit STRG+ALT+ENTF auf.

Beende den Prozess rundll32.exe, falls er läuft. Das Beenden sollte keine Auswirkungen auf den Betrieb haben.

Starte Windows während dieser Vorgänge nicht neu! Falls du es doch tutst, musst du sie wahrscheinlich wiederholen.

Um Änderungen wie obige zu vermeiden, solltest du Windows Defender, falls nicht aktiv, aktivieren oder alternativ TeaTimer (in Spybot S&D enthalten) installieren.

Starte Windows neu und erstelle ein neues Logfile.

Der Prozess rundll32.exe lief nicht im abgesicherten Modus.

Ich konnte keine der Dateien finden. Nicht über Explorer und nicht über die Suchfunktion! Wie ist dies möglich?


Einige Bemerkungen noch:

- Der Windows Defender läuft normal.
- Das System scheint merklich schneller zu laufen jetzt.

Wahrscheinlich sind sie versteckt. Du kannst versteckte Dateien im Windows Explorer anzeigen: Extras, Ordneroptionen, Ansicht "Versteckte Dateien und Ordner anzeigen".

Oder du machst es über die Eingabeaufforderung (Ausführen, CMD):
del datei.dat

Vorher natürlich mit cd zum Zielpfad wechseln oder den absoluten Pfad angeben.

Also, es ist doch merkwürdig!

Die Dateien kann ich - auch mit "versteckte Dateien anzeigen" nicht finden!

Habe es manuell, über Suchfunktion, Eingabeaufforderung versucht - ohne Erfolg.

Hast du die o. g. Einträge schon gefixt?
Da lässt sich nicht festmachen, ob die Dateien auch vorhanden sind, vielleicht sind sie schon vorher durch eines der AV-Programme gelöscht worden.

Gib mal an der Eingabeaufforderung ein:
attrib C:\Windows\system32\fccawnmg.dll

So erwährst du, ob die Datei wirklich vorhanden ist.

Habe die Einträge noch nicht gefixt.

Wenn ich das über die Eingabeaufforerung versuche, dann schiesst für einen Bruchteil einer Sekunde ein DOS-Fenster auf, dass dann gleich wieder verschwindet.

Diesen Befehl musst du in der Eingabeaufforderung ausführen, wenn du ihn nur unter "Ausführen" eingibst, erscheint und verschwindet das Fenster der Eingabeaufforderung so schnell, dass du die Meldung nicht lesen kannst.

attrib kann unter Umständen nicht gefunden werden, wenn du im Benutzerverzeichnis unterwegs bist. Damit es klappt, versuche es mit

Über die Dateien ist so leider nichts herauszufinden. Falls sich die anderen beiden Dateien auffinden lassen, lass sie hier überprüfen: http://www.virustotal.com/de/
Stelle die Berichte hier ein.

Die Dateinamen werden mehr oder weniger zufällig generiert, deshalb brauchen wir das Ergebnis eines (oder mehrerer) Virenscanner, um herauszufinden, was sich dahinter verbirgt.

Es geht einfach nicht:

Kann den Pfad eingeben, den Ordner findet er anstandslos.

Dann aber: Die Datei kann nicht gefunden werden.
